Our firm is developing products
for its sister company Pool-N-Sun (www.pool-sun.com) as well as for
other foreign firms. We design and make moulds and tooling and we
produce parts for foreign companies seeking to get access to the lower
production costs available in China. However most of our customers have
had previous and mostly mixed experiences in China and have turned to
us to ensure a higher quality for their products and more safety for
their orders. In effect, there is always a possibility of ordering in
full confidence to find out later on that nothing matches the order,
both in quality and quantity and sometimes the product does not even
meet the specifications. Unexpected replacement of parts or products
can be a terrible moment for a remote buyer having no prior experience
or lacking the resources to carry a full fledge control from the time
of ordering to the moment of onboard delivery.
We have the experience and the personnel to carry such mission as to
make sure at all times that things will be just as they have been
planned to be, and sufficient advanced warnings will be delivered to
the buyers to enable them to take proper actions if needed to protect
themselves and avoid disaster.
Our firm is in a position to undertake the complete manufacturing
process, starting from the tooling stage, usually made either from
approved samples or from computer files (Solidworks, Inventor,
ProEngineer, etc..) provided by the buyers. We will make the moulds and
choose the production facilities to make the product and meet price,
quality and time targets. We will act on your behalf or let you choose
personally all participants to the process.
