Toolings are expensive, but they are the basis on which future products are built.

Moulds are often difficult to adjust and tune to get the perfect product. At times this may lead to the complete scrapping of a mould. Hence you have to make a new tooling. The very low cost of tooling made in Fuzhou will save you a substantial amount of time and money if this happens to you.
The relationship between the buyer of a mould and the
maker has to be very close. Missunderstandings can easily lead to
getting the wrong part.

You
can reduce your company's costs significantly by having us make your

and know where to find reliable sources.
For us to make your mould we just need CAD
files(Solidworks® or
Autodesk Inventor®) or an existing sample and some specs and
recommendations. We also need to know the material you want to use as
this is critical to the size of the moulding parts due to different
shrinkage characteristics of different materials. Obviously if this
tooling is intended to used for a very large number of the same part,
we will thensuggest you to choose amoung different steels to make the
moulds so as to build in the right life span for the mould. Of course
if your quantity is very small (a few thousands every year) we will
suggest other steels, good enough for your quantity and good for your
budget.
In order for both of us to start a tooling commitment we will need your CAD files to enable us to give you the right quotation. Once our price has been accepted it will usually take 30-45 days to make complex moulds and less then 30 days for simple moulds. When moulds have been made and the first samples have been delivered to you and you have accepted these samples the remaining balance becomes due.
